Memory Books are on-sale now! It’s time to order the 2017-2018 yearbook! Order forms were sent home with students but you can begin ordering now online. Yearbooks are $22.00 and must be pre-ordered (for distribution at the end of the year). If you prefer to pay by cash or check, orders will be accepted in school next week only, from January 22 – January 26. For more information, click here.

Attention 8th Grade Parents: Looking for more information about high school scheduling and orientations? Click here to visit our website, where we have put together resources designed to help you and your child during the transition to high school. If your child is part of the JumpStart program and will be attending River Hill HS or Oakland Mills HS next year, there are resources for you, too. Our Winter PBIS Incentive Day is on February 2nd and we need your help!
During our Winter Incentive Day, students get to watch a movie with their friends. We would like to have some small movie theater treats for them to enjoy while watching the movie. Can you help donate snacks for our incentive day? If so, click here for more information. Cold Weather Reminder: Please encourage your child to dress appropriately on these cold winter days. In accordance with HCPSS guidelines, children will go outside for PE and recess unless there is precipitation or the outside temperature combined with the wind chill drops below 20 degrees. Please be aware that the cafeteria is not able to break large bills and provide change for field trips, dances, or other events. However, large bills are accepted for lunch accounts.
Please check your child’s lunch account and make sure there is an adequate balance to cover lunch purchases. Account balances can be viewed at: www.schoolbucks.com.
